Authorized in 1987 for eligible officers and enlisted personnel according to skill levels and experience. Officers must have a specialty in the supply management career area and one year experience while enlisted personnel must hold a 5-level AFSC in the fuels or supply career fields to qualify for the basic badge. This badge has been replaced by the new design badge, old design has open eagles wings and the new design eagle wings are folded.
