At Military Awards and Merchandise, we stand by the quality of our apparel and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring all military insignias and tags are still attached.

Affix Shipping Label

Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
