Manpower and Personnel Badge is one of the Occupational Badges of United States Air Force.
Authorized in 1993 and awarded to officers assigned as chief, mission support or to the personnel or manpower career fields and to enlisted personnel assigned to mission support or manpower career fields.
Officers wear the senior badge after 7 years in the specialty and enlisted personnel wear the master badge as a master sergeant or above with 5 years in the specialty from award of the 7-skill level.
